- Making false reports to emergency services to target another user.

- Creating secondary accounts to manipulate matchmaking or competitive integrity.
4. Virtual Currency & Purchases
Arconi Network may offer virtual currency or items for purchase. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds for Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, virtual currencies and digital content purchased with real money may be eligible for a refund within 14 days if the content is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, even if our general policy is "non-refundable". If you believe you are entitled to a refund under these conditions, please contact our support team.
5. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
While we reserve the right to suspend access for breaches, you have the right to be informed of the reason for the termination or suspension and generally may appeal the decision by contacting support, unless the violation is severe (e.g., illegal activity, severe harassment).
